The ribbons were nice but they sit in a box in storage somewhere now. Trophies, titles, and bragging rights don’t seem to hold their previous value. So why be an equestrian? Because it’s always been about the HORSES. How to get along with them, how to take care of them, how to improve their lives, and how to set them up to be most likely to live long and loving lives with the carousel of people each horse is likely to encounter in their life. A bleeding heart? Maybe. But the horses don’t seem to mind and there’s room for all types in the bustling horse world that is the Treasure Coast.
